Sugar Free Gluten Free Apple Caramel Trifle

This Apple Caramel Trifle is so easy and fast to make you won't even believe it! This delicious and impressive layered dessert is made with cooked cinnamon apples, sugar free caramel sauce, cinnamon whipped cream, and gluten free granola.

Combine your apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, and swerve in a medium pan, toss to coat. Cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes until the apples are your preferred softness. Set aside and allow to cool for 15-120 minutes.

 Make your cinnamon whipped cream by placing all of your whipped cream ingredients into a large mixing bowl and whisk until stiff peaks form.

 Once everything is made and ready, assemble your trifles! Place an even layer of whipped cream, then topped with about 2 tbsp of granola, then about 2 tbsp of apples, and top the apples with a drizzle of caramel sauce. Repeat!
