Prepare the cake in a large mixing bowl, mix together your flour, both sugars, baking soda, and salt. Then mix in your vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and almond milk. Mix until just combined.
Spread half of your cake batter into your prepared pan, spread your cinnamon filling evenly over the batter. Top with the remaining cake batter and evenly sprinkle your streusel topping over the cake batter.
