Add your almond butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, monk fruit, and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together until everything is fully combined and smooth (either using a stand mixer or hand mixer). Fold in half of your chocolate chips.
Line and 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour your chocolate chip cookie dough fudge mix in and spread your mixture. Top with the rest of your chocolate chips.
Transfer your dish into your freezer and allow it to set for at least 2-3 hours. Enjoy! Store in your freezer
