Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 8x4 loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray. Set aside.
Make the cinnamon swirl by mixing ingredients together. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and sweetener. Stir to combine. Add in the almond milk and eggs. Mix until no dry spots remain. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle about 2/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the dough. Cover with the remaining dough and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of loaf comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before removing from pan, enjoy!
