  • Heat a pan on medium-high and place your hazelnuts in the pan - moving constantly for 5-10 minutes or until you notice some skin is coming off and your hazelnuts just start to brown.
  • remove from the heat and carefully transfer your hazelnuts onto a large piece of paper towel, be careful they will be hot!
  • Gently rub your hazelnuts together until most of the skin comes off.
  • Place your hazelnuts in a food processor and process until your hazelnuts are smooth and have a nut butter consistency.
  • Add in your powdered monk fruit, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coconut oil. Mix until combined.
  • Melt your chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour your melted chocolate into your hazelnut mixture.
  • Process until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
  • Place in a jar and allow to completely cool and enjoy!
