Keto Fudge

This is the BEST and EASIEST keto chocolate fudge recipe. I say that because not only is it delicious and made of 3 simple ingredients, but it is only 1 gram of net carbs!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar free chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup natural almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x4 inch loaf pan with wax or parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips and almond butter in 30 second increments, stirring in between until completely melted.
  • Once melted, mix in your vanilla extract.
  • Pour your fudge into your prepared loaf pan and place in your freezer for 20-40 minutes, or until set. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
  • To store, place in an airtight container in your fridge or keep them in your freezer - allow to thaw for 10 to 20 minutes before eating.
