  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8X8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour and baking powder and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together your sugar, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract, until combined.
  • Pour your sugar mixture into your almond flour and mix until everything is just combined - do not over mix.
  • Mix in your chocolate.
  • Pour your mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out JUST clean. There should be some crumbs on it.
  • Allow to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
