Gluten Free Apple Muffins are a delicious alternative to traditional muffins, made fresh apples and a perfect balance of spices for a delightful and satisfying treat.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12 count muffin tin with muffin liners. Set aside.
Prepare your crumble topping by mixing all of your streusel ingredients until crumbly texture is achieved, set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together your almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
In a separate medium bowl mix together your eggs, vanilla, butter, and almond milk. Pour into your almond flour mixture and mix until no clumps remain.
Mix in your diced apples.
Scoop batter into your prepared muffin liners until almost to the top of the liner, top each unbaked muffin with your crumble.
Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the middle of your apple muffin comes out clean.
Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
