  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12 count muffin tin with muffin liners. Set aside.
  • Prepare your crumble topping by mixing all of your streusel ingredients until crumbly texture is achieved, set aside.
  • In a large bowl whisk together your almond flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until combined.
  • In a separate medium bowl mix together your eggs, vanilla, butter, and almond milk. Pour into your almond flour mixture and mix until no clumps remain.
  • Mix in your diced apples.
  • Scoop batter into your prepared muffin liners until almost to the top of the liner, top each unbaked muffin with your crumble.
  • Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted to the middle of your apple muffin comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely and enjoy!
