Chocolate pancakes that are jam packed with protein! Hit all your protein goals in the form of pancakes, how could it get any better? This Recipe is gluten free, sugar free, and keto friendly (depending on your protein powder).

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
  • 6 tbsp almond milk unsweetened

Instructions
 

  • Place a non stick skillet on your stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, mix your eggs, protein powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add the almond milk by the tbs until your batter is a pancake batter like consistency. You may not need all of the almond milk.
  • Using a 1/3  cup measure, pour your batter into your skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
  • Serve with what you like and enjoy!
