  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your almond flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon until combined.
  • Next, add in your eggs and mix well. Then, add in your mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined - do not overmix!
  • Pour cake batter into your line baking dish and bake for 33-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in your baking dish.
  • Once completely cool, make your cream cheese frosting. Whisk together all of your frosting ingredients until well combined and smooth. Spread evenly on your cake. Slice and enjoy!
