In a food processor, process your Oreos, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until very well incorporated and smooth.
Scoop and roll into balls that are about 1.5 tbsp in size, place on a parchment paper covered baking sheet and place in your freezer for 15 minutes.
Once your 15 minutes is almost up, place your white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 30 second increments, stirring in between until fully melted.
Dip your oreo balls into the chocolate using a fork to ensure it is fully covered with chocolate. Set the chocolate dipped ball back onto your parchment lined baking sheet for the chocolate to set. Once the chocolate has set, drizzle with melted milk chocolate if desired and enjoy!
