  • 1 large banana peeled
  • 1 cup mango or higher calorie fruit of choice
  • 1/2 of one avocado
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Place all of your ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
