  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
  • In a microwave safe dish, melt your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Once melted, pour your almonds into your melted chocolate and mix until all nuts are evenly coated.
  • Using a fork, place your chocolate coated almonds onto your parchment paper. You can place them individually or in clusters.
  • Once all of your almonds are on your baking sheet, sprinkle with optional flaky sea salt and place in your fridge until the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
