Mash your 2 bananas, set aside. Whisk together your flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer using a paddle attachment, or electric hand mixer, beat your butter, oil, sugar and brown sugar together for until fluffy.

Add the mashed bananas. Mix to combine.

Fold in half of your flour mixture. Followed by your milk. Mix until incorporated.

Add in your remaining flour and mix until just combined, do not overmix.
