Best Gluten Free Keto Chocolate Chip Blondies

These keto and gluten free blondies will be your new favorite go to dessert! This recipe for blondies is soft and ooey gooey! They are sugar free, but no on will ever know!

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8X8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour and baking powder and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together your monk fruit, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract, until combined.

1. Pour your sugar mixture into your almond flour and mix until everything is just combined – do not over mix.

1. Mix in your chocolate.

Pour your mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out JUST clean. There should be some crumbs on it.
