You will also live these keto fudgy brownies and keto nanaimo bars! Of course my current obsession is these amazingly delicious blondies! So, what exactly is a blondie? Basically, it is a brownie but without the melted chocolate and they are AMAZING! Like, seriously. I will never get enough of these, I have made these for multiple occasions and they never last long at all. I know you are going to be just as obsessed with this recipe as I am.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE BLONDIES

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate bar, chopped into pieces larger than the chocolate chips

Instructions To Make Gluten Free Blondies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8X8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour and baking powder and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together your sugar, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract, until combined.
  3. Pour your sugar mixture into your almond flour and mix until everything is just combined – do not over mix.
  4. Mix in your chocolate.
  5. Pour your mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out JUST clean. There should be some crumbs on it.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
