Basically, it is a brownie but without the melted chocolate and they are AMAZING! Like, seriously. I will never get enough of these, I have made these for multiple occasions and they never last long at all. I know you are going to be just as obsessed with this recipe as I am.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE BLONDIES
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped chocolate bar, chopped into pieces larger than the chocolate chips

Instructions To Make Gluten Free Blondies
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line an 8X8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine your almond flour and baking powder and mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together your sugar, brown sugar, eggs, softened butter and vanilla extract, until combined.
- Pour your sugar mixture into your almond flour and mix until everything is just combined – do not over mix.
- Mix in your chocolate.
- Pour your mixture into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out JUST clean. There should be some crumbs on it.
- Allow to cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes. Enjoy!
