INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1 cup hazlenuts
- 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit, or powdered sweetener of choice
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate make sure also vegan if you need
Instructions To Make Sugar Free Nutella
- Heat a pan on medium-high and place your hazelnuts in the pan – moving constantly for 5-10 minutes or until you notice some skin is coming off and your hazelnuts just start to brown.
- remove from the heat and carefully transfer your hazelnuts onto a large piece of paper towel, be careful they will be hot!
- Gently rub your hazelnuts together until most of the skin comes off.
- Place your hazelnuts in a food processor and process until your hazelnuts are smooth and have a nut butter consistency.
- Add in your powdered monk fruit, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coconut oil. Mix until combined.
- Melt your chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour your melted chocolate into your hazelnut mixture.
- Process until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
- Place in a jar and allow to completely cool and enjoy!
