Instructions To Make Sugar Free Nutella

  1. Heat a pan on medium-high and place your hazelnuts in the pan – moving constantly for 5-10 minutes or until you notice some skin is coming off and your hazelnuts just start to brown.
  2. remove from the heat and carefully transfer your hazelnuts onto a large piece of paper towel, be careful they will be hot!
  3. Gently rub your hazelnuts together until most of the skin comes off.
  4. Place your hazelnuts in a food processor and process until your hazelnuts are smooth and have a nut butter consistency.
  5. Add in your powdered monk fruit, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coconut oil. Mix until combined.
  6. Melt your chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted. Pour your melted chocolate into your hazelnut mixture.
  7. Process until everything is evenly combined and smooth.
  8. Place in a jar and allow to completely cool and enjoy!
