I am a Baileys addict. but i have been tryibg to get back on my strict KETO since I slacked last two years and then started getting colds, flu, lethargic and never did before (at 56 its vital to maintain your health and losing sugar is so important)
I have so many recipes with Baileys that i have to try and reduce carbs in. Of course subbing the Baliey’s out is the big challenge (taste, texture, and ugh my friends and family who are mostly Irish and non-Kezo, non-change enthusiasts). One recipe I use baileys calls for a thicker consistency. If I half the liquid alcohol, Its less runny, but the volume/flavor balance is off a bit. If i used heavy cream could I half the almond milk and use 1 3/4 C of almond milk and 1 3/4 c heavy cream instead?

Also interested in any variations otherwise to adjust for recipes its used in. Yeah to Keto recipe savers like you. My muscles and heart thanknyou!
