After one sip I seriously could not believe how delicious this version was, it is totally perfect on a hot summer day. So skip the café today and whip this up on this beautiful day!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 1/8 cup hot water
  • 2 tbs instant coffee
  • 2 tbs of monk fruit
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream OR 1/4 cup full fat coconut milk for dairy free/vegan

How To Make a Healthy Iced Capp Copycat

  1. Mix your hot water and instant coffee in a small bowl until dissolved. Pour into your blender.
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into one or two glasses, top with option dairy free whipped cream and enjoy!
