- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- In a bowl, whisk together all of your ingredients until all incorporated together.

Vodka will keep your homemade ice cream from freezing solid when it is in your freezer, so you can still scoop it! If you don’t want to use vodka, just leave your ice cream out on the counter for about 20-25 minutes before scooping.
