Of course, this strawberries and whipped cream dessert is one of my ultimate favorite desserts because it is SO delicious and SO easy to whip up whenever you want to! This easy dessert pairs perfectly with some keto baileys and is sure to impress any person!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM
- 1 cup whipping cream *for dairy free see FAQ’s
- 4 tbs powdered monk fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pound fresh strawberries
- optional: 2 tbs granulated monk fruit

Instructions To Make Sugar Free Strawberries And Cream
- Cut the stems off your strawberries and then cut your strawberries into quarters.
- Optional: cover your strawberries in 2 tbs of monk fruit and set aside for the monk fruit to melt.
- In a large mixing bowl, or bowl of a stand mixer whip your cream, powdered monk fruit, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- In a serving dish of your choice, layer your strawberries and whipped cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!

You can certainly whip your cream and cut your strawberries ahead of time, just don’t put it all together until you are ready to serve. Store your whipped cream in the fridge.
If you are not a fan of strawberries, you can use any fruit you like! Bananas, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
Instead of whipping cream you can use full fat coconut milk. Buy the stuff that comes in a can and scoop of the thick top layer, leaving behind the water. Whip just like you would whipping cream.
