Easy Quick Keto Strawberry Jam Without Pectin is a delicious spread that’s perfect on toast or for PB&J. It’s made with fresh strawberries and lemon juice. Even though there’s no added sugar, it’s completely delicious!

This recipe is absolutely perfect to use as a filling in these keto pop tarts or even with some pancakes! Of course, it is also delicious on some toast, sandwiches, or my personal favorite – in some greek yogurt! Seriously though, this recipe is SO easy to make you can always have it on hand! I keep mine in a mason jar in my fridge and use it all the time! I even love to whip up a jar wrapped in a bow for cute personal gifts. I mean, who wouldn’t love to get some healthy homemade strawberry jam for a gift? All you need is 3 ingredients plus 10 minutes and chilling time so let’s get to it!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE KETO STRAWBERRY JAM

  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions To Make Sugar Free Strawberry Jam

  1. Cut the stems off of your strawberries
  2. In a saucepan over medium-high heat stir your strawberries and lemon juice
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As your strawberries start to break down you can use a wooden spoon or masher to make your strawberry chunks smaller if desired.
  4. Now, add in your sweetener and stir until combined and it has dissolved.
  5. Carefully pour your jam into a jar to store in the fridge – don’t worry it will start to thicken into a jam like consistency as it cools. Enjoy!
