Easy Quick Strawberry Jam Without Pectin is a delicious spread that’s perfect on toast or for PB&J. It’s made with fresh strawberries and lemon juice.

This recipe is absolutely perfect to use as a filling in sandwiches or even with some pancakes! Of course, it is also delicious on some toast or my personal favorite; in some Greek yogurt! Seriously though, this recipe is incredibly easy to make you can always have it ready to go. I like keep mine in a mason jar in my fridge and I use it all the time. I even love to whip up a jar wrapped in a bow for cute personal gifts. I mean, who wouldn’t love to get some healthy homemade strawberry jam for a gift – seriously. All you need is 3 ingredients and 10 minutes and chilling time so let’s get to it!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1 pound strawberries
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions To Make Strawberry Jam Without Pectin
- Cut the stems off of your strawberries
- In a saucepan over medium-high heat stir your strawberries and lemon juice
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. As your strawberries start to break down you can use a wooden spoon or masher to make your strawberry chunks smaller if desired.
- Now, add in your sweetener and stir until combined and it has dissolved.
- Carefully pour your jam into a jar to store in the fridge – don’t worry it will start to thicken into a jam like consistency as it cools. Enjoy!
