You will LOVE this hot chocolate with some keto baileys mixed in! If you are looking for yummy drinks you will also be obsessed with his healthy horchata. I know I always say this… but seriously, no one is going to believe that there is ZERO sugar in this hot chocolate recipe – or that it is only 70 calories. I can barely believe it myself! Plus, it is also ONE NET CARB! Woohoo! You can throw some marshmallows in it and plop down on your couch curled up until a fuzzy throw blanket, watching TV or reading a good book and sipping on this amazing guilt free hot chocolate! It is cold outside – so go ahead and get cozy!

  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choosing)
  • 1 tbs cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbs monk fruit or stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
