A healthy version of an Iced Capp that tastes anything but healthy! This dairy free, keto, sugar free, and low calorie version tastes just like the real deal and makes for the perfect summer drink.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or sweetener of choice
  • 10 iced cubes
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream OR full fat coconut milk for vegan/dairy free

Method
 

  1. Mix your hot water and instant coffee in a small bowl until dissolved. Pour into your blender.
  2. Add in the rest of your ingredients and blend until smooth
  3. Pour into one or two glasses, top with whipped cream if you like and enjoy!
