Roll your dough in to a 10 inch circle, peel off the top piece of parchment paper and flip your dough in to your prepared pie dish. Press into your dish and cut off any excess. Set aside.
Pour your filling in to your prepared crust, place your pie dish on top of a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the pie does not jiggle. Allow to cool completely before serving, enjoy!
