Gluten Free Banana Cake

The easiest and best gluten free banana cake I’ve ever had! It’s supremely moist with tons of banana and cinnamon flavor, topped with cream cheese frosting made with almond flour.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your almond flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon until combined.

Next, add in your eggs and mix well. Then, add in your mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined - do not overmix!

Pour cake batter into your line baking dish and bake for 33-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in your baking dish.

Once completely cool, make your cream cheese frosting. Whisk together all of your frosting ingredients until well combined and smooth. Spread evenly on your cake. Slice and enjoy!
