- 2 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 large eggs room temperature
- 2-3 large overripe bananas mashed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 6 tbsp cream cheese room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions To Make Gluten Free Banana Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together your almond flour, tapioca flour, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon until combined.
- Next, add in your eggs and mix well. Then, add in your mashed bananas, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined – do not overmix!
- Pour cake batter into your line baking dish and bake for 33-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool completely in your baking dish.
- Once completely cool, make your cream cheese frosting. Whisk together all of your frosting ingredients until well combined and smooth. Spread evenly on your cake. Slice and enjoy!
