The best ever quick and easy Banana Pudding recipe! Made with almond milk this recipe is gluten free, low carb, low calorie, low sugar, and is vegan friendly! This homemade banana pudding recipe is secretly healthy but you would never know it!

This is seriously one of my favorite recipes – you really cant go wrong with a banana pudding that is made with REAL bananas! This no bake recipe is delicious served warm or cold, you can’t go wrong either way.
INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR BANANA PUDDING
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbs of monk fruit or stevia
- 1 1/2 tbs tapioca flour
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- optional: 1/8 tsp turmeric for color

Instructions How To Make Dairy Free Banana Pudding
- In a small pot over medium heat, combine your mashed bananas, sweetener of choice, optional turmeric, and 1 cup of almond milk, mix until well incorporated.
- In a small bowl or measuring cup whisk the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk with your tapioca flour and set aside until your banana mixture is warm.
- Once banana mixture is warm, whisk in your almond milk and tapioca flour mixture.
- Continue to cook on low heat, whisking occasionally until thickens. Turn off your heat and stir in your vanilla extract. If you would like a smoother texture use a hand blender.
- Serve warm or refrigerate once cooled and enjoy for later! My favorite is chilled in the fridge.

It is super easy! Make sure you have either graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafer crumbs, then place a layer of pudding, crumbs, and cool whip. Repeat until you have desired result!
That is up to you! I personally enjoy it cold with layers but I have eaten it warm as well and it is delicious that way too!
