Delicious and refreshing Healthy Strawberry Banana Popsicles! These are seriously good on a hot summer day, plus they have zero added sugar!

You will also LOVE these keto fudgsicles and healthy strawberry cream pie! This popsicle recipe did not last long at all in my house, they are totally adult and kid approved. If you wanted to get them ready for a fun backyard BBQ you can always make these popsicles a little more adult and add in a bit of your favorite kind of booze, you will be the star of the BBQ (just be careful because alcohol won’t freeze)! I am having a lot of fun playing around with popsicle flavors recently, which is perfect because we are having a hot hot hot summer here in my neck of the woods!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 1 cup full fat coconut milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbs powdered monk fruit

Instructions To Make Healthy Strawberry Banana Popsicles

  1. Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into your popsicle mold, I got 6 popsicles out of this recipe. Freeze until ready! Enjoy!

Anything made is silicone is awesome because your popsicle will be very easy to remove from the mold.

What if I don’t have powdered monk fruit?

I do not recommend granulated monk fruit, so you can powder granulated monk fruit in a coffee bean grinder.
