Incredibly easy and delicious Keto Fudgesicles that are perfect for a hot summers day! This version is dairy free, sugar free, and keto but you would never know it!

These healthy fudgesicles are absolutely amazing with some homemade vanilla extract but I am also craving this low carb sugar free banana pudding cheesecake. Of course these fudgesicles are my number one priority on a gorgeous summers day and will keep me going until the weekend! Literally though, all I can think about right now is sitting with my dog in my backyard enjoying a fudgesicle and enjoying the sun. Don’t get me wrong, I love a fudgesicle throughout the entire year but there is something about a summer fudgesicle that just hits different. Okay…. I have to go sit in my backyard now!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 2 cups milk of choice
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 tbs monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate, chopped

Instructions To Make Keto Fudgesicles
- Place your chopped chocolate in a bowl, set aside.
- In a medium saucepan heat up your milk, cocoa powder, monk fruit, and vanilla extract over medium heat until starts to bubble.
- Carefully pour over your chopped chocolate and whisk until all of your chocolate is melted.
- Pour into your popsicles molds and place in your freezer until frozen, enjoy!

I like something creamy like full fat coconut milk but you can also use heavy cream, almond milk, or soy milk.
