Method
- Place your chopped chocolate in a bowl, set aside.
- In a medium saucepan heat up your milk, cocoa powder, monk fruit, and vanilla extract over medium heat until starts to bubble.
- Carefully pour over your chopped chocolate and whisk until all of your chocolate is melted.
- Pour into your popsicles molds and place in your freezer until frozen, enjoy!
