Oreo Blondies (Gluten Free Option)

Oreo Blondies are easy to make and delicious to eat. Made with only one bowl and packed with Oreo flavor.

 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.

In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Mix in your egg and vanilla extract.

Now mix in your flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in your crushed oreos.

 Place your blondie dough in your prepared pan and evenly spread using a rubber spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
