- 1 cup all purpose flour OR 1:1 gluten free flour with xanthan gum
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed oreos use gluten free oreos if you need
Instructions To Make Oreo Blondies
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Mix in your egg and vanilla extract.
- Now mix in your flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in your crushed oreos.
- Place your blondie dough in your prepared pan and evenly spread using a rubber spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
