Oreo Blondies are easy to make and delicious to eat. Made with only one bowl and packed with Oreo flavor.

Just LOOK at these delicious squares! Honestly, I am down for pretty much anything that has Oreos in it – how can you not love an oreo? This recipe is incredibly easy to make with just one bowl so you don’t even have a big kitchen clean up, which is always a huge win in my books. I love to bring this recipe to any get togethers, it is always a crowd pleaser! And even when I make the gluten free version, no one believes that this recipe is gluten free.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
- 1 cup all purpose flour OR 1 to 1 gluten free flour
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 large egg
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup crushed oreos use gluten free oreos if you need

Instructions To Make Oreo Blondies
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Mix in your egg and vanilla extract.
- Now mix in your flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in your crushed oreos.
- Place your blondie dough in your prepared pan and evenly spread using a rubber spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
