INGREDIENTS YOU NEED
Cookie Dough
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp powdered monk fruit or powdered sweetener of choice
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter OR coconut oil melted
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate chip
Chocolate Topping:
- 3/4 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions To Make Keto Cookie Dough Bars
- Line an 8×8 dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together your almond flour, powdered sweetener, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl mix together your melted butter or coconut oil, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into your flour mixture and mix together until well combined and there are no more dry spots. Fold in 1/3 cup of your chocolate chips.
- Press dough into your prepared dish, make sure dough is evenly distributed. I found a rubber spatula the easiest for this.
- In a microwave safe dish, microwave your chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second blasts until melted. Pour over your cookie dough.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, or overnight. Cut into equal squares and enjoy!
