Chocolate chip cookie dough fudge that is rich, decadent, and gooey with delicious chocolate chips. Its completely gluten free, dairy free, keto friendly, and sugar free.

Seriously delicious and indulgent chocolate chip cookie dough FUDGE. You will also LOVE this keto chocolate fudge and these healthy fudgy brownies! That’s right, another healthy fudge recipe but this time in chocolate chip cookie dough form! I am not going to lie, this recipe rocks my socks off and it will rock your socks off too. PLUS it is SO EASY to make! You only need one baking dish to place your fudge in and one mixing bowl. You know I love and easy clean up and with this recipe my kitchen was back to clean in no time at all! I just needed to throw one bowl into my dishwasher – so perfect! I cannot get enough of this cookie dough fudge. Who knew that a piece of fudge could be so good for you? I sure didn’t! This recipe is a little different from my other fudge recipe because this one you should be storing in your freezer, if you like it slightly softer then you can ‘thaw’ it in your fridge for a few minutes before digging in – it will go soft at room temperature so be careful!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED FOR COOKIE DOUGH FUDGE

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup refrigerated full fat coconut milk (the thick part)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted and cooled
  • 5 tbs monk fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips

Instructions How To Make Keto Cookie Dough Fudge

  1. Add your almond butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, monk fruit, and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together until everything is fully combined and smooth (either using a stand mixer or hand mixer). Fold in half of your chocolate chips.
  2. Line and 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour your chocolate chip cookie dough fudge mix in and spread your mixture. Top with the rest of your chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer your dish into your freezer and allow it to set for at least 2-3 hours. Enjoy!
  4. Store in your freezer.
