Method
- Add your almond butter, coconut milk, coconut oil, monk fruit, and vanilla extract into a bowl and whisk together until everything is fully combined and smooth (either using a stand mixer or hand mixer). Fold in half of your chocolate chips.
- Line and 8X8 baking dish with parchment paper and pour your chocolate chip cookie dough fudge mix in and spread your mixture. Top with the rest of your chocolate chips.
- Transfer your dish into your freezer and allow it to set for at least 2-3 hours. Enjoy! Store in your freezer
