- 1/4 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered monk fruit
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk

- Start by melting your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments and stirring in between until fully melted.
- Whisk your melted chocolate chips and butter together until nice and smooth.
