Instructions To Make Keto Chocolate Donuts

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease your donut pan very well. It is easiest to use a silicone donut pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl you will whisk together your almond flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate medium mixing bowl mix together your malted butter, almond milk, vanilla extract, and eggs.
  4. Pour your wet mixture into your dry mixture and stir until well incorporated – you should have no clumps left. Transfer your batter into your donut pan. Each cavity should be 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in your preheated oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Once out of the oven, let cool COMPLETLEY before removing from your donut pan.
  6. Let’s make our donut glaze! Mix together all of your glaze ingredients, adding in your cream or water by the tbs until a dippable texture is achieved.
  7. Once your donuts have cooled, removed them from your pan. Dip your rounded tops into your glaze and place on a cooling rack until your glaze is set and enjoy!
