Instructions To Make Healthy Muddy Buddies

  1. Place your cereal into a large bowl, set aside. Pour your powdered monk fruit and protein powder into a large zip lock baggie and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan over low-medium heat add your peanut butter, chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir continuously until chocolate chips have melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in your vanilla extract.
  4. Pour your chocolate mixture over top of your chex cereal and carefully toss until all of your pieces of cereal are evenly coated.
  5. Then, carefully pour your chocolate covered cereal into your baggie that has your powdered sweetener and protein powder in it. Close the bag and shake it until all of your pieces of cereal are evenly coated in your powdered sweetener.
  6. spread onto a piece of parchment paper so your cereal does not get soggy in the large baggie. Allow to sit for 10 minutes and enjoy!
