I seriously can’t get enough of this smoothie, it is one of my favorite recipes to make for breakfast! It keeps me full and extremely satisfied because it tastes like I am drinking a chocolate mint smoothie. Plus, it is a huge bonus when my favorite flavor combo is chocolate mint – I will just about anything that is this flavor combo! This smoothie is packed with protein to keep you going until lunch. You can use whatever milk you prefer and I like to use lactose free greek yogurt to keep my stomach happy! The honey in this recipe creates the perfect amount of sweetness and you could even use regular sugar, maple syrup, or monk fruit for a sugar free sweetener. The beauty of smoothies is how customizable they are!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE A CHOCOLATE MINT SMOOTHIE
- 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp mint extract
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 large banana frozen
- 1 cup ice cubes
