I absolutely love smoothies, I used to have a smoothie every single day for breakfast and this recipe was always my go to! If you wanted to make this smoothie more a complete meal you could add some chia seeds for fiber and a scoop of protein powder to keep you nice and full until your next meal. I made this recipe with my favorite fruit combo of strawberries and banana but you can use any berries that you love! I even love to get vanilla greek yogurt for some added vanilla taste – so yummy!

Frequently Asked Questions

Is greek yogurt good for smoothies?

In my opinion greek yogurt is one of the best things for smoothies!

Can I add vegetables to this smoothie?

The joy of a smoothie is that you can play around with it, my favorite leafy green to add to smoothies is a handful of spinach because it does not add noticeable flavor and has lots of vitamins.
