Hot Chocolate has always been one of my favorite drinks on this planet! And let’s be honest, in the fall who doesn’t want to curl up on the couch with a keto hot chocolate wearing an oversized sweater? I sure do! Turn on a spooky movie and now we are cooking! This recipe is sugar free and made with almond milk so it is super low calorie, which to me means that I can drink as much as my peanut butter chocolate loving heart desires!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER HOT CHOCOLATE
- 2 cups almond milk, or milk of your choosing
- 6 tbsp chocolate or sugar free chocolate for keto
- 1/4 cup smooth peanut butter or natural peanut butter for keto
- 4 tbsp sugar or monk fruit for sugar free
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt

Instructions To Make Keto Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate
- Add your almond milk, chocolate, peanut butter and sugar to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat
- Whisk constantly until chocolate is melted and your mixture and nice and smooth
- Add in your cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Whisk until combined and warm
- Cover and remove from heat. Allow your hot chocolate to sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

I have said it once and I will say it again, that is the BEST flavor combo in the world!
You can place the hot chocolate in a thermos or even a crock pot on low setting.
Not to worry, you can just add more almond milk, or whatever kind of milk you are using, until you get your desired consistency.
