- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
- 6 tbsp almond milk unsweetened

- Place a non stick skillet on your stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter.
- In a medium mixing bowl, mix your eggs, protein powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add the almond milk by the tbs until your batter is a pancake batter like consistency. You may not need all of the almond milk.
- Using a 1/3 cup measure, pour your batter into your skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
