Chocolate pancakes that are jam packed with protein! Hit all your macro goals in the form of pancakes, how could it get any better? This Recipe is gluten free, sugar free, and keto friendly (depending on your protein powder).

You are going to want to add these protein pancakes into your weekly meal prep, they are very easy and quick to make. Plus, they are delicious! I actually do make these every Sunday, I make enough have some every morning and I just pop them in my toaster to warm them up, they are also delicious warmed up in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. So get ready for your new favorite breakfast that is going to help you hit all of your macro goals!

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED TO MAKE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
  • 6 tbsp almond milk unsweetened

Instructions To Make Chocolate Protein Pancakes

  1. Place a non stick skillet on your stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, mix your eggs, protein powder, sweetener and baking powder. Add the almond milk by the tbs until your batter is a pancake batter like consistency. You may not need all of the almond milk.
  3. Using a 1/3  cup measure, pour your batter into your skillet. They are ready to flip when bubbles start to form on the top.
  4. Serve with what you like and enjoy!
