If you prefer you can even easily make this recipe vegan by using a flax egg.

INGREDIENTS YOU NEED

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 large eggs

Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup monk fruit or granulated sweetener of choice

Instructions To Make Keto Cinnamon Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 8×4 loaf pan with parchment paper or spray with non stick spray. Set aside.
  2. Make the cinnamon swirl by mixing ingredients together. Set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and sweetener. Stir to combine. Add in the almond milk and eggs. Mix until no dry spots remain. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle about 2/3 of the cinnamon sugar mixture on the dough. Cover with the remaining dough and top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of loaf comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before removing from pan, enjoy!
