- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, set aside.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Mix in your egg and vanilla extract.
- Now mix in your flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in your crushed oreos.
- Place your blondie dough in your prepared pan and evenly spread using a rubber spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
