- 10 oz bag of marshmallows
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 6 cups rice krispies cereal
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions To Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Rice Krispie
- Spray a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray, set aside. Melt your butter in a large pan over medium-low heat. Once your butter is melted, add in your marshmallows. Stir the mixture until the marshmallows are completely melted. Stir in your smooth peanut butter and vanilla extract.
- Remove your pan from the heat, then immediately fold in the rice krispie cereal. Make sure each piece of cereal is coated with the marshmallow mixture, it is easiest to use a rubber spatula to mix.
- Transfer mixture into your prepared 9×13 baking dish. Slightly press the mixture into the pan (lightly spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray to avoid the mixture sticking to your hands).
- Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30-second intervals, stirring in between. Pour the melted chocolate over the rice krispie mixture and let cool, the chocolate will set as it cools. Allow to sit for 60 minutes at room temperature before cutting. Enjoy!
