Sugar Free Peanut Brittle

Easy Sugar Free Peanut Brittle is sweet and crunchy and the dessert that you need for all of your get togethers. Easy to make and delicious to eat.

 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a small pot, heat your butter, 3 tablespoon heavy cream, vanilla extract, and swerve, over medium-low heat until thickened and golden. About 10 minutes. Stirring constantly, this can burn quickly.

Remove pot from the heat and add the remaining 1 tbsp of heavy cream. Stir until smooth. Stir in your peanuts. Pour onto the parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set. Once set, break and enjoy!
