White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies

Chewy and delicious White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondies packed with fresh raspberries and white chocolate, this recipe is your new favorite!

In the bowl of a stand mixer with the paddle attachment cream your butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. About 3 minutes. Mix in your egg and vanilla extract.

Now mix in your flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Fold in your white chocolate and then your raspberries.

Place your blondie dough in your prepared pan and evenly spread using a rubber spatula. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
