Ingredients
  

Icing:

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Zest your oranges and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine your almond flour, coconut flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda. Add in your zest, egg, orange juice, and butter and stir until a dough has formed.
  • Using a tbs, roll your dough into one tbs size balls and place on your prepared baking sheet. Press down to about a half inch thick and bake in your preheated oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 5 minutes before moving them to your cooling rack.
  • Allow cookies to cool completely before you out icing on them. Make your glaze while they cool by mixing all of your glaze ingredients together until nice and smooth. Spread on top of your orange cookie and enjoy!
