Spray a 9 inch tart pan with non stick spray, set aside.
In a bowl mix together your graham crackers crumbs and melted butter until combined. Evenly press your crust in to the bottom and sides of your prepared tart pan. Set aside.
Banoffee Filling:
Melt your chocolate chips in a microwave safe dish in 30 second increment, stirring in between, until fully melted. Evenly pour your melted chocolate in to the bottom of your tart pan.
Evenly place your banana slices on top of the chocolate layer until the bottom of the tart is fully covered.
Evenly pour your dulce de leche over top of your bananas. Place in your fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Top with your whipped topping and optional garnish of banana sliced, shaved chocolate, or cocoa powder. Slice and enjoy!
